This is for pre/peri to post menopausal women who are feeling ‘blah’ and looking to deep dive in to creating a magnificent new midlife & elevate their health, energy and vitality now, and in to their future years.
My Magnificent Midlife program includes the following:
Comprehensive health and wellness assessments and discussions to gain insight into your current midlife/peri/menopausal health and diet & lifestyle patterns and behaviours.
Identify any challenges and concerns you are currently facing during your menopause transition, or post menopause.
Physiological education and understanding around what is actually happening in your midlife body and why you are experiencing your symptoms. And no you are not going crazy!
Begin to tailor a personalised holistic health plan, including preventative & restorative dietary & lifestyle measures, to guide you towards your wellbeing goals. As well as guiding and assisting you in navigating the medical system should you require medical appointments, testing, scans etc.
These consultations will allow for dedicated 1:1 time, as well as dedicated non-1:1 time including my follow up email support with additional supporting documents and information relating to your health goals.
A series of 6 or 12 appointments (decided by you) where you will be provided with heaps of additional support material in the areas of midlife well-being which may include precision personalised nutrition, physical activity, sleep optimisation, stress management, mindset work, breath work, and more.
