This is for pre/peri to post menopausal women who are feeling ‘blah’ and looking to deep dive in to creating a magnificent new midlife & elevate their health, energy and vitality now, and in to their future years.

 
 
 
 
 

My Magnificent Midlife program includes the following:

  • Comprehensive health and wellness assessments and discussions to gain insight into your current midlife/peri/menopausal health and diet & lifestyle patterns and behaviours.

  • Identify any challenges and concerns you are currently facing during your menopause transition, or post menopause.

  • Physiological education and understanding around what is actually happening in your midlife body and why you are experiencing your symptoms. And no you are not going crazy!

  • Begin to tailor a personalised holistic health plan, including preventative & restorative dietary & lifestyle measures, to guide you towards your wellbeing goals. As well as guiding and assisting you in navigating the medical system should you require medical appointments, testing, scans etc.

  • These consultations will allow for dedicated 1:1 time, as well as dedicated non-1:1 time including my follow up email support with additional supporting documents and information relating to your health goals.

  • A series of 6 or 12 appointments (decided by you) where you will be provided with heaps of additional support material in the areas of midlife well-being which may include precision personalised nutrition, physical activity, sleep optimisation, stress management, mindset work, breath work, and more.
